Job - Add Agreement Rates Workflow Changes
Description
There has been some minor changes made to the workflow when adding rates to a Job Order or Job Template.
Changes include:
Pop up label 'Add Rates' is now 'Assign Agreements'.
A new action 'Assign Rates' is displayed next to the Cancel action. This action will not be editable until rates have been selected via the next pop up screen.
Where 'Edit' has been selected, the next pop up screen header is now labelled 'Assign Agreements', and the Save action has been re-labelled to 'Select Pay Agreement', or 'Select Bill Agreement' depending on what rates are being added.
Where Hierarchy Group has not been switched on for your environment, the process to select Agreement Rates has not changed and remains as follows;
Click Add Rates
Select Agreement Rates
Click the appropriate Edit action to assign Pay and or Bill Agreement In the next pop up screen click on the Rates required
Click Assign Pay Agreement / Assign Bill Agreement
In the final screen, select 'Assign'.
Description
These minor changes provide more clarity when assigning agreement rates. Where Hierarchy Group is enabled and configured to apply to Job's Office, the change ensures that the selected Hierarchy Group is committed at the time of assigning the rates.
