Email - Change Sender's Email Address

Description

Currently when sending emails from FastTrack360, the system defaults the logged in user's email address in Maintenance > User, as the sender. This can be frustrating if the user wishes to use another from address, for example, a group email address.

An enhancement has been introduced in this release to expose the 'From' address in the Email screen and make this item editable. Now this address can be changed for individual or bulk emails if required. The email will still record in the Communications History when sent.

This enhancement provides users with greater flexibility where a different 'from' email address is required when dispatching emails from FastTrack360.
