Job Template - where a user is attempting to make a job template inactive, if the template is linked to Filled/Closed or Vacant Jobs a new warning message will display so the user can make an informed decision. “The Job Template's rates are linked to jobs where the job's Start Date/End Date intersects with today, and the Job's status is Filled/Vacant or Closed. Click Yes to proceed and make this template unavailable for selection on future jobs (you will still be able to manage the rates from an inactive job template). Click No to cancel.”

Job > Permanent - the Total Package & Base Salary merge tag fields were displaying up to six decimal places. These fields on a Permanent job have been changed so only two decimal places can be entered and will be stored, which will ensure that the merge tags only display two decimal places.

Job Order - On open of a Job user has to scroll down to see filled Candidate Details. In this release we have added the name of the Filled Candidate to the banner of the page (below the Job Type), so this is visible as soon as the job order screen displays. Information includes the filled candidate’s name and the filled candidate’s Id.

Users can now move a merge template from one folder to another if required. This may be handy where new sub-folders have been created to provide more granularity, and an existing template needs to be moved. An Address Line 3 field can now be optionally added to Candidate, Parent, Client, Cost Centre and Contact records to capture a third street address line if necessary based on the address format of the entries country. Read more here.

Easily differentiate between the payment state of a leave request and its approval status.

The State field on a leave request is now more intuitively labelled Payment State to avoid confusion with the approval status of the leave request. It is now also possible to search for leave requests by the payment state.

Partially pay leave taken if entitlement balance is insufficient and pay the balance shortfall at a different rate.

Leave entitlement balance conditions on leave deduction rules for leave taken have been enhanced to allow partial payment of leave taken based on available entitlement balance and to pay the shortfall of the entitlement balance at a different rate. Read more here.

Control when payslips are to be made available to download from the Candidate Portal.

Deliver payslips securely via a download link in an email notification.

Send a secure download link via email instead of attaching copies of payslips to email messages when delivering payslips. Read more here.

Default the deducting of a deduction type from either gross or net earnings at the deduction header level.

Set the default deduct from option, to determine if a deduction is to be deducted from gross or net earnings, at the deduction header level and optionally enforce the setting to ensure a specific deduction type can only be deducted from gross or net earnings. Read more here.
