Other Settings
Corporate Identity Number Label & Format - configure the label and the format required for records where a corporate identity number is recorded or displayed.
Social Security Number Label & Format - configure the label and the format required for records where a social security number is required for a Candidate / Payee.
Gender Types
Tick the Gender Type items that need to display for selection in the Candidate record for the Country.
Display Payee Mailing Address
This item is usually ticked by default, but it can be unticked if required. For example in the UK Candidates / Payees do not usually have two addresses (actual and mailing). If ticked, the mailing address field is hidden in the Agency User, Candidate and Payee records.
Goods/Services Tax Label
In many countries or regions around the world, a tax applies to the supply of goods and services. This kind of tax is often referred to as a Goods and Services Tax or a Value Added Tax.
A label can be defined on a per-country basis to determine the text that will appear throughout the system wherever such a tax is entered, displayed or reported. For example, in Australia and New Zealand the label would generally be set to GST while for European countries this would generally be set to VAT.
It is mandatory to define the goods and services tax label when configuring a set of country settings for a country.
Agency Worker Regulations
This section is visible from version 12.31. In Europe and the United Kingdom, after 12 concurrent weeks of working, candidates are entitled to receive the same pay rates and holiday accrual entitlement as an equivalent permanent employee fulfilling the same job at the client. This section allows you to configure your system to operate Agency Worker Regulations for your country.
