Â
Client Portal Logo
The portal logo is displayed using the aspect ratio 264w x 92h px. If the uploaded logo doesn’t have the same aspect ratio, it will be adjusted to fit this sizing. To avoid the logo appearing distorted, we recommend the uploaded logo meets this aspect ratio.
To add or update the logo, click Edit and follow the prompts to either remove and replace your existing logo - or select and add the logo required.
Style Sheet
Within this section you can select the Download Applied CSS action (shown below), to download the existing CSS (Cascading Style Sheet).
The Download Standard CSS action (shown below) downloads the standard FastTrack360 CSS. You can save this file and make changes to alter, for example, the colour themes within the portal.
In Edit mode an action is available (shown below) to apply a new CSS.
When making alterations to the CSS, it is important that the user has a good understanding of Cascading Style Sheets to ensure that changes do not interfere with the user experience. For example changing the font size may distort some of the objects as they are designed around the standard font size.
Auto-create Portal user
Where ‘Auto Create Client Portal User’ is flagged, a process runs every hour to check if there are any new Active Contacts (Contacts that were not polled in the last run) that do not have a Portal User ID.Â
Where there is one or many Contacts, that meet this condition, the following occurs:
the Contact Record’s Portal User item is configured as per the settings (the default Client Contact Security Role is assigned). A system generated password is assigned to the portal user.
Where a ‘Contact email’ has been assigned to the Portal User settings, the system dispatches the email after setting up the portal user.
Where the Contact does not have an email address, the record is skipped OR the username strategy is ‘email’ and there is a duplicate email username, the record is skipped and no portal user record is created.
Security Permissions
In order to access this maintenance item, the user must have the ‘Client Portal’ security permission.
