Document Designer Section

This section within Maintenance contains two configuration items:

  • Document Formats - creation and management of templates that determine how payslips and invoices/credit notes are formatted and the information that appears on them.

  • Document Format Groups - set the grouping of the document formats that act as the template for different documents that are generated and delivered when paying payees or invoicing clients.
