Scheduled Maintenance

As FastTrack360 is a hosted browser based product, there may be occasions when maintenance is required to ensure the environment is optimised and secure.  Where system maintenance is required, a notification is displayed on the dashboard to advise details of the outage.  Once the message has been read, select ‘Mark as read’ and the message will no longer display on login.

A notification icon displays at the top of the Recruitment Manager screen, and where there are notification messages, a number will display next to the icon.  Click on the icon to see details of the notification message(s).

Application Status Page

Should there ever be any form of outage within the FastTrack360 environment, for example SMS or communications services are unavailable, you will be able to access this information via a message displayed in the dashboard and a link is available to take you to the FastTrack360 Status Page. Click here to view your status page.

 

The Status Page shows the operational status for all items that your Agency utilises, which may include:

Applications:

  • Recruit

  • Time & Attendance

  • Rates & Rules

  • Pay

  • Bill

  • Reporting

Services:

  • Advertise – Posting

  • Applicant Processing

  • Timesheet Interpretation

  • Email

  • SMS

  • API

Partners:

  • SMS – IntelliSMS

  • SMS – SMSCentral

  • Aggregator – where selected, Broadbean’s Status page is opened in a new browser window.

A list of past incidents is also displayed on the Status Page so you can see a history of items if required.
