Rates and Rules

The Rates and Rules module is used to configure pay agreements and bill agreements, which determine the rules for how payees are paid and how agency clients are billed. The pay and bill rules configured within Rates and Rules are interpreted in order to generate data that is then processed by the Pay and Billing modules respectively.

The Rates and Rules module also facilitates processing of back pay, thereby allowing back-dated pay rate changes to be applied to pay agreements and individual payees.

Rates and Rules can be used by Agency Staff with security permissions to access the Rates and Rules module.
