Manually Releasing Payslips to the Candidate Portal

Description

FastTrack360 now supports the manual release of payslips to the Candidate Portal so that payslips corresponding to a closed pay batch can be made available for downloading from the Candidate Portal only once payroll have manually released the payslips to the Portal.

To facilitate this, a button labelled Release To Portal is now displayed on the Payroll > Pay Process > Payslip Delivery screen, as highlighted in the example below.

Open

The button is enabled only if the payslip(s) that are ticked in the Results section of Payslip Delivery screen belongs to a pay group that is configured to make payslips available for downloading from the Candidate Portal only once payslips have been manually released to the Portal.

Benefits

This enhancement provides more control and flexibility around the timing of when payslips are made available for payees to download from the Candidate Portal.

Configuration

The Release to Portal button is only enabled on the Payslip Delivery screen if the payslip or payslips that are selected in the Results section of the screen belong to a pay group that has been configured to only release payslips to the Candidate Portal manually.
