Additional Candidate Details on Payee Record

Description

The following additional information, which is captured on the Candidate record in the Recruitment Manager, is now exposed on the Payee Entry screen in the Payroll module and can therefore be updated via the Payee Entry screen if necessary:

Passport Number - displays and allows updating of a payee’s passport number if applicable.

Emergency Contact Details - displays and allows updating of the name of the payee’s emergency contact person, the emergency contact telephone number and the relationship of the emergency contact person to the payee.

These details are displayed under the View Candidate Details section of the Payee Entry screen, as highlighted in the example below.

Benefits

This enhancement enables payroll staff to see and update additional information that is pertinent for payroll purposes but was previously available only via the Candidate record in the Recruitment Manager module.
