Negative Pay Total Report

Description

A new report called Negative Pay Total report is now available as a historical payroll report under Payroll > Reports > Reports. This report identifies payees who had a negative net pay amount in one or more pay batches that are referenced by the report.

For each affected payee, the following details are included on the report:

  • Payee surname and first name

  • Payee No.

  • Pay Batch No.

  • Net Amount

Benefits

This enhancement allows payroll to easily identify instances where a payee’s net pay was a negative amount so that any relevant follow up action can be taken. For example, the report can be used to identify instances where there had been an adjustment for an over-payment that needs to be refunded by the payee.
