  • Multi-Period Payroll - you can now process pay batches that include the current (open) pay period, any unpaid/unprocessed historical timesheets and other pay transactions for any prior period. Click here for more details.

  • Support for Rolled-up Holiday Payments - you can now pay payees who are eligible to be paid on a pay-as-you-go basis in lieu of taking paid annual holiday leave. Click here for more details.

Payroll UK > Payee > HMRC Settings - Investment Zone settings

Investment Zone National Insurance Categories have been announced by HMRC to be effective from 2024/2025. Click here for details.

Payroll UK > Payee - Restriction on gender for Statutory Maternity Pay

HMRC has removed the restriction that to receive Statutory Maternity Pay, the payee’s gender must be female. Click here for details.

Payroll UK > Pay Batch - Change to Applying Adjustments to Student / Post Graduate Loan

At the stage of HMRC Deductions for the UK, users can enter an adjustment to Student Loan and Postgraduate Loan values into an Adjustment field. You can not only enter whole pound values. Click here for details.

Leave > Maintenance > Leave Type - Removal of Reset at Pay Batch Leave Reset Rule

Leave Types can be configured with a Reset Rule to determine how and when the balance of a leave accrual or entitlement is reset. The Pay Batch option has been removed as it is no longer applicable because of the introduction of Multi-period Payroll (MPP) functionality. Click here for details.
