Relocation of Debtor Maintenance Menu Option

The Debtor menu option, which allows access to debtor maintenance functionality within the Billing module, is now located directly under the main Billing module menu instead of under the Billing > Maintenance sub-menu. The example below highlights the new location of the Debtor menu option.
