FastTrack360 Version 12 Online Help

Purchase Order Alert Service Timing

Description

The ability to configure the time of day when the purchase order alert service triggers the sending of purchase order alerts has been removed from the user interface and is now controlled by a background configuration setting.

Because of this, the Billing > Maintenance > Purchase Orders > Alert Maintenance menu option has been removed.

Benefits

This enhancement simplifies the configuration of purchase order alerts because it allows the alerts to be triggered daily without the need for system administrators to manually maintain a setting via the FastTrack360 user interface to determine the timing of when the service should run each day.

Configuration

No configuration required. On upgrade the purchase order alert service will automatically trigger the sending of purchase order alerts at 10:00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time daily.
