Description
Currently for timesheet based invoices or credit notes, agencies are not able to include the details of the Timesheet Approvers. An enhancement has been introduced in this release to provide the ability to add the names and dates that the timesheets included in the invoice have been approved.
See below for a summary of the new fields and where they can be utilised within the Document Designer:
Field Name | Description |
Approver 1 Name | This field will be available for timesheet based invoice and credit note formats for all countries and will print the first approver’s full name (Firstname Surname). This field will be available within the Invoice Items layout component. |
Approver 1 Username | This field will be available for timesheet based invoice and credit note formats for all countries and will print the first approvers ‘username’. This field will be available within the Invoice Items layout component. |
Approval 1 Date/Time | This field will be available for timesheet based invoice and credit note formats for all countries and will print the date/time that the first approver approved the timesheet. Â This field will be available within the Invoice Items layout component. |
Approver 2 Name | This field will be available for timesheet based invoice and credit note formats for all countries and will print the first approver’s full name (Firstname Surname). This field will be available within the Invoice Items layout component. |

Benefits
This enhancement increases the amount of timesheet detail that can be provided to clients on invoices and credit notes.
Configuration
Invoice formats are configured in Maintenance > Document Designer > Document Formats. The Timesheet Approver fields are available for invoice format types:
