General Timesheet Fields

The following table outlines the general database fields that can be included within the invoiced timesheet document format components.

Database Field Name	Description
Current Date	Prints the current date in the format dd/mm/yyyy
Current Date & Time	Prints the current date and time in the format dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss
Job Order No	Prints the job order number to which the timesheet corresponds.
Job Order Position	Prints the job position that applies to the job order to which the timesheet corresponds.
Order By Contact	Prints the name of the client contact who placed the job order to which the timesheet corresponds.
Page No	Prints the page number on which the timesheet is printed.
Payee Name	Prints the name of the payee to whom the timesheet corresponds.
Purchase Order No	Prints the purchase order number to which the timesheet corresponds, if any.
Timesheet End Date	Prints the end date of the pay period to which the timesheet corresponds.
Timesheet Start Date	Prints the start date of the pay period to which the timesheet corresponds.
Total Hours	Prints the total number of hours that have been claimed on the timesheet.
