Job - Agreement Rates, View Rate History

Description

In a Job Order with Agreement Rates assigned, it is currently a time-consuming process to try to see the history of the rate elements. The user needs to know the date the rates were changed, then use 'View Rates as at' to see what the rates looked like before and after the change

.An enhancement has been completed in this release, to provide the user with the ability to view Rate History for each Pay or Bill Code in the Agreement Rates list within a Job Order.

Simply click on the Pay Code or Bill Code you wish to see history for. A Rate History will display for the Pay or Bill Code item selected.

This enhancement will greatly reduce the time it takes a User to ascertain the history of changes to a Pay / Bill Rate item where Agreement Rates have been assigned to a Job Order.
