Job _ Rates - Assign Agreement Rate Changes

Description
Minor changes to the assign / change agreement rates pop up screens have been made to provide a more informative experience.
The current Add Rates initial pop up screen label (shown below) has been changed to Assign Agreements.
The current Close action label on the bottom right of the screen has been changed to Assign. As per the existing Close action, the Assign action is editable once rates have been selected.
The current Add Rates part 2 pop up label (shown below) has been changed to Assign Agreements.
The current Save action label has been changed to Select Pay Agreement or Select Bill Agreement if selecting the Bill Agreement. As per the existing Save action, the Select Pay Agreement action is editable where an agreement has been selected in the list.
The images above are from an environment with Hierarchy Groups configured, therefore you can see an additional picklist item (called Classification in this example). Where Hierarchy Groups is not configured, this item will not display.
Benefits
These changes provide more informative labelling where assigning agreement rates.
