Add or Edit Agreement Rates

Add agreement rates to a Job Order:

Open the Job Order and navigate to the Rates section.

Select Add Rates then Agreement Rates.

The Rates screen displays.

To apply a Pay Agreement, select Edit in the 'Pay Agreement' section. Note: If Hierarchy Groups (version 11.38) have been configured, it may be mandatory to select an item in the Hierarchy Group picklist prior to selecting the agreement.

The available agreements are displayed.

Where Conditional Variables are applicable, items display as a list under the agreement.

To apply a Bill Agreement select Edit in the Bill Agreement section.

The available agreements are displayed.

Where Conditional Variables are applicable, items display as a list under the agreement.

Select the agreements required.

Where Conditional Variables are displayed, enter in the values required.

Select Assign.

The agreement details and the pay rate list is displayed.

To view rates by effective date, in the View Rates As At field, select the date required to update the rate list.

To view rate history, click on the relevant Pay Code or Bill Code.

To view components of an on-cost calculation, click on the oncost value.



Edit Agreement Rates on a Job Order

Open the Job Order and navigate to the Rates section.

Select Edit.

Change the rates required and select Assign.

The updated rates are applied.

The system displays a warning where rates cannot be edited.
