Bulk Email > SMS Template - column width increase

Description

When loading a bulk email / sms template, the 'Template Name' column does not display many characters, so the user on occasion needs to hover over the name to make a decision on what template is required.

In this release we have increased the width of this column, so more of the Template Name is visible (as shown below).

This enhancement improves the experience for a user when selecting an Email or SMS template and assists to pick the correct template quickly.
