Dashboard - Manage Section Tiles

Description

Currently in the Recruit360 Dashboard, the tiles (Vacant Jobs, Quick Access etc), are fixed. Users are unable to determine what tiles they wish to see and in what order.

An enhancement has been completed in this release to add a 'Manage Tiles' feature, whereby a user will be able to add, remove and change the order of items displayed on the dashboard.

This functionality has been completed in conjunction with providing the ability for an Agency to view Reports as a tile or section within Recruitment Manger's Dashboard and primary records. See Display Reports in Recruitment Manager for more detail on this feature.

In the Dashboard, a new Action is available called ‘Manage Dashboard Tiles’.

Where selected a Manage Tiles pop up displays, where the user can change the order, and add or remove Dashboard Tiles they no longer wish to see.

Benefits

This enhancement provides users with the ability to choose what information they have displayed on login to FastTrack360.

Configuration


No configuration is required, however Global Section Maintenance (see item below) provides the ability for the Agency to create and maintain a default layout for the Dashboard.
