FastTrack360 Compatibility

The below compatibility matrix outlines the software versions (Operating Systems, MS Office, Browsers, and Mobile Devices) that are supported by FastTrack360. It is recommended that you run the FastTrack360 solution on these supported versions only. You may be able to run our product on non-listed items; however, FastTrack does not guarantee its compatibility and cannot provide support on un-tested platforms/devices.

Workstation Operating System

Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11

Workstation Random Access Memory (RAM)

Your workstation has a major impact on the speed of your software. The more RAM in the workstations, generally the better the software will perform. How much memory is required for current and future needs will depend on:

  • The operating system being used.

  • The amount of FastTrack data and the size and complexity of the files in MS Word or Excel, etc.

FastTrack utilise SMTP to send email (Invoices, Payslips, general email) on behalf of the senders email address i.e. tom@ABCCompany.com.au. In this situation FastTrack360 is sending the email on ABCCompany’s behalf via an external address not known to ABCCompany. To avoid the possibility of this email being treated as SPAM or originating from a source that’s not trusted, FastTrack recommends each client should add the following SPF record to their external DNS if they don’t already have an SPF record.

V=spf1 mx a ip4:13.55.19.10/32 include:spf.messagelabs.com ~all

If you already have an SPF record in place for your domain, then please add the following parameters to your existing SPF record:

ip4:13.55.19.10/32 include:spf.messagelabs.com

NOTE the above IP address is for AU/NZ infrastructure. For UK clients the IP address is 3.8.230.250

Please consult your IT department on how to achieve this. If your IT would like to add netblocks please note FastTrack does not own or manage MessageLabs. Any changes to the IP range would be applied to the following Knowledge Article supplied by Symantec. After applying changes, please allow up to 72hours for it to take effect.

  • The browsers performance ranking outlines the best performing browser engine to run the FastTrack360 solution, where 1 indicates the best performance. Running the FastTrack360 solution on a browser ranked 2-3 will mean slower page load times.

  • Internet Explorer is not a supported browser as the performance is 3 to 4 times slower than the above average load times and it does not fully support HTML-5/angular framework.

  • *Office 365 Support – Please note that the FastTrack Outlook Extensions is an Add-in that will only operate on the locally installed version of MS 365 Outlook.

  • FastTrack will update this section with each compatibility release.
