Add an Email to the Communications List

In Outlook Extensions (Vega Version 11.30) an action is available to 'Add to Comms'. To add an email to a Communications list:

Open Outlook

Click on the Email

The email item is selected.

Right Mouse Click

The Outlook Extensions Add In Actions are displayed.

Click Add to Comms.

The system matches the email's address to records within FastTrack360. Where no matching emails are found, a message is displayed 'Recipients are not valid in FastTrack.'

Where matches are found, a pop up displays with the matching Contact / Candidate records.

Click OK.

The Communications list in the Client Contact / Candidate records that match the Email Address, is updated with the selected email.

In Outlook Extensions Settings if you have flagged the Comms Integration to 'Enable Sync', the system will regularly scan the Outlook Folders selected and automatically add in any emails that match to records.



The system currently matches your Outlook mail account email address and your FastTrack360 user email address. Where the email address in your FastTrack360 user account is different to the email address in your Outlook mail account, this will impact on the ability to bring emails into the FastTrack Communications Centre.
