Outlook Extensions

Where Recruitment Manager has been configured to use Outlook Extensions, information from Microsoft Outlook emails can be used for the following actions:

Add / Update a Candidate record using information contained within an email.

Replicate 'Activities' as a Task / Appointment in Outlook and keep the records in sync. For example, where a Task or Appointment has been altered in Outlook, the activity will be updated to Recruitment Manager or where an activity is changed in Recruitment Manager it will be updated to Outlook. Note: Deletion of an Activity, Task or Appointment in Recruitment Manager or Outlook will not be updated.

View a Candidate or Contact information based on an email address.
