Communications

Within FastTrack360, the following types of communication can be dispatched:

• Email

• SMS - where configured.

Templates can be applied to Email / SMS to save time and provide consistency in certain types of communication.

An Outlook Extensions 'Add-in' is available for Agency Users to download to Outlook. Once installed you will be able to Add / Update Candidates and View Candidate / Client Contact records via Outlook Emails. See Outlook Extensions for more details.
