Finding a Timesheet in Time & Attendance
In Time and Attendance, timesheets are categorised based on their status.
Search criteria entered will only search timesheets in the category selected. The different categories are:
- Available – timesheets that are available to be keyed but are yet to be edited or submitted for approval
- Incomplete - timesheets that have been edited and saved but are yet to be submitted for approval
- Rejected - timesheets that have been submitted for approval but have been rejected due to errors, discrepancies or incompleteness
- Submitted - timesheets that have been submitted for approval and are awaiting actioning by a timesheet approver
- Bulk - timesheets that are subject to a bulk timesheet workflow
- Historical – timesheets that have been approved
- Expired – timesheets that have been expired to prevent them from being keyed and submitted for approval
Below are the steps required to find a timesheet by entering search criteria.
Step-by-step guide
To search timesheets:
- Go to Time & Attendance > Timesheets
- Click on the category - for example, if you want to find a specific timesheet that has been submitted, click on Submitted
- Expand the search criteria by clicking on the arrow next to the Reset button
- Enter the search criteria. Suggested options are:
- Job Order Code, Candidate No, Payee Name or Week Ending Date - For descriptions of the available search criteria, refer to our Online Help
- Is Workflow Participant – by default, users will only see timesheets they are part of the timesheet workflow for. Untick this option to see all timesheets relating to the search criteria.
- Click Search
- If the timesheet you’re after doesn’t appear, click on the next category you want to search and repeat steps 3 to 7
Hint
To check if a timesheet is part of a bulk timesheet workflow, open the Job Order > click on Timesheet Workflow > if the Bulk Timesheet option is ticked the timesheet will be in the Bulk category
