Re-import Broadbean Batches

If a Broadbean batch has failed below are the steps to manually re-import the batch.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Log into Recruitment Manager > Maintenance > Questionnaire Maintenance

  2. Select Broadbean Integration Logs



  3. Enter Date criteria of failed batch in the Imported Date From and Imported Date To fields 

The Imported Date To field needs to be extended out one day after the batch date you require. Eg, If the failed batch date is 30/01/2018 the Imported Date To needs to be 31/01/2018

4. Select the Search Broadbean Integration Logs Icon

5. Locate the batch that needs to be re-imported and select the re-import icon

6. FastTrack will display a successful re-import message and new batch number. Select the close Icon on the message.
