Make a user inactive

Each active userID in FastTrack equals 1 user licence. If a person leaves the agency it is best practice to make that person's userID 'inactive', enabling another userID to be created and made active. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log into FastTrack360
  2. Navigate to Maintenance > User
  3. Search for relevant User > open User record
  4. Click Edit
  5. Untick the Active tickbox
  6. Message displays advising that user will be unable to access system once made inactive
  7. Click Ok

  8. Click Save Changes

 

Best practice is to make an ex-agency user 'inactive' instead of deleting them, this maintains the history of their work within the system
