Unlocking a User Account

Required when a user has attempted to login and exceed the number of attempts allowed. In this instance, the Administrator will need to unlock the account.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log into FastTrack360
  2. Navigate to Maintenance > Security > User
  3.  
  4. Search for relevant User > open User record
  5. Click Edit
  6. Under Login Details section, untick the Login Blocked tick box
  7. Click Save Changes
