Module: MOBO

Please log out of FT360 before applying these changes

Step-by-step guide

Open Microsoft Edge > Ellipse icon > Settings

Select “Appearance” from the left navigation panel. Navigate to the third section, “Select which buttons to show on the toolbar:” and enable “Internet Explorer mode button”.

Now, select “Default browser” from the left navigation panel. Navigate to the “Internet Explorer Compatibility” section and change the first option to “Incompatible Sites Only”. Next, change the “allowed sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode” to “Allow”.

For the settings to take effect you MUST select the option to Restart your browser after you have selected Allow.

The browser reopens, please sign in to FastTrack360 and you will now be able to launch back office while in IE/Edge. The below icon will be displayed.

If the above steps have still not resolved your issue, please raise a case via our Service Desk.
