Reset a User password
Required when a User has locked themselves out of their account, needing the Administrator to reset the password before they can login again.
Step-by-step guide
- Log into FastTrack360
- Navigate to Maintenance > User
- Search for and open the relevant User record
- Within the User record navigate to the Login Details section and click Reset Password
5. Enter relevant details in the New Password and Re Enter Password fields
6. Click Reset Password
7. If Login Blocked tickbox is ticked > click Edit > untick > click Save Changes
