Broadbean User Maintenance
For a FastTrack user to use the advertising functionality in FastTrack, they need to be set up as a Broadbean user. The Broadbean username is configured by Broadbean. The below explains the 2 step process involved in applying that Broadbean username to the FastTrack user record.
These same steps can also be applied should change to users be required, and this process must first be started with Broadbean.
Step-by-step guide
PART ONE - Add Broadbean Username
Note: the username needs to have been configured by Broadbean before these steps can be followed, and the user will need to have the relevant security permissions for Job Advertising before they can advertise any jobs
Login to FastTrack360
Go to Maintenance > User
Locate and open relevant user record > click Edit
Go to Agency Other Details section and Enter Broadbean username in Job Board Username field
Tab off-field and navigate back to the top of record > click Save Changes.
Once the changes have been saved, the system automatically syncs back to Broadbean, removing the need to trigger an update of Broadbean passwords. For details about this feature click here.
