Managing your Sources and match to Broadbean within FastTrack360

The source details in FastTrack360 need to exactly match the unique job board short code, for this function to work successfully. So, once Broadbean has made the job board active, retrieve the source code following the steps below and add that to your source list in FastTrack360. If you do not have access, please seek out your System Administrator or contact our Service Desk.

Obtaining the Job Board Source code

  • Log into Broadbean (Administrator Account)

  • Click Job Boards

  • For the relevant job board, click Account details

  • Click Board Information - located just below search boards

  • Take note of the API Information Broadbean Short Code: ie pjb, adzuna

 

  • Log into FastTrack360

  • Go to Maintenance > Global > Source

  • These sources codes can be assigned to different record types. For example, Candidate, Job order, Client, etc.

  • Add a new source or update an existing one and enter the Broadbean Short Code into the Source field - this is case sensitive 

  • Save your changes. The source should then flow through for any new applications.
