Description

The payslip document designer has the capability of outputting the payslip number onto the remittance that is sent to the recipient. The payslip number is used as the Self Bill Invoice number for contractors and suppliers (Umbrella/3rd Tier Agency).

When contractors or suppliers have queries relating to a particular remittance, they may provide you with the payslip identifier to help locate the relevant document.

A search parameter called Payslip Number has been added to the Payslip Delivery → Payslip Details tab to enable you to find a remittance that matches with the payslip number that is output onto the remittance.

Configuration

To display the Payslip Number in the Results grid:

1.	Click on the Action button and select Show Manage Layout. A combo box will show in the Results grid.	Open
2.	Click on the combo box and select the required fields to display. You can also remove field that you don’t wish to view in the results grid.	Open
3.	Click the Save icon to save the grid layout if you wish to continue to use the same layout.	Open
