Pay

A Payee was opted out of a pension scheme, however the payee was still included in the pension contribution file for periods after the opt out date.

This issue has been resolved. Where a payee is opted out of a pension scheme, the payee is not included in the pension contribution file for periods after the opt out date.

Pay

The NOW: Pension output was not including payees that are not in a scheme.

This issue was occurring as there was no default pension scheme assigned in the Pay Company > Default Settings for the payee’s employment type that had been configured and the output did not know which file to output those payees into. The system will now look at the default scheme set against the pay company default scheme.

CY-3439

Pay

The performance of the pay process was degrading.

This issue was due to employer pension contributions being reversed and re-calculated each prior period unnecessarily. This has now been resolved.

Pay

Where there is a manual opt out and an opt out reference is supplied from NEST, the file transfer was failing.

The xml has been resolved from FastTrack360. However, if submitting an entry again, NEST is failing the file due to an issue on their platform.

Recruitment Manager

Where the AWR initialisation process has not been run but AWR has been enabled, when looking at an existing job order that has the payee tax type set to a type that is excluded from monitoring from AWR, when viewing that job order the Monitoring Not Required is displayed as being checked on but it is not actually set in the database and thus believes parity rates are in operation.

This has been resolved that where the AWR Monitoring Not Required flag is blank in the database, it will be displayed as unchecked in the Job Order screen.
