Edit Locked Agreement Rates Permission

Description

Currently there are options provided via Security Permissions to control who can and who cannot edit Agreement Rates in a Job Order or Job Template, where the Agreement is not locked.

Once an Agreement has been locked, currently there is no ability to edit rates within a locked agreement in a Job Order or Job Template. To provide more flexibility, a new Rates & Rules Security permission 'Edit Locked Agreement Rates' has been added in this release.

Users with permission to 'Edit Locked Agreement Rates' will be able to edit rates within Locked Agreements on a Job Order or Job Template.

Benefits

This permission item provides an Agency with the flexibility to be able to override locked agreement rates via a permission item, should there be users that are trusted to perform these actions.

Configuration

Agreements are locked in the Agreement Header when the 'Lock Agreement' item has been ticked.

To assign this permission item, edit a user's Security Permission Role within Maintenance > Security. The 'Edit Locked Agreement Rates' permission item resides in the Rates and Rules section of the permission item matrix.

This item is also available within the Connect User permission set.
