Oncost Screen Loading Performance

Description

Changes have been made to the way that the system loads and displays oncost records in the Maintenance > Oncost > Oncost Entry screen so that the process of loading the screen is significantly faster, especially in situations where an oncost is linked to a large number of pay codes.

Benefits

This enhancement improves useability of the system when working with oncosts by reducing the time that it takes to open and display an oncost that is linked to a large number of pay codes.
