Pay Bill Section

Where your system has been configured with middle and back office functionality, the Pay Bill section of a Temporary or Contract Job record supports the following features:

Payee Details Action - select this action to view any Payee details established in the middle office module for the Candidate that has been placed in the role.

Employee Benefits - this section displays Employee Benefits relevant to the Job Order (applied via the middle office module).

Timesheet Workflow Action - select this action to manage settings to facilitate the Timesheet workflow for the Job Order. Timesheet Details - manage settings to support timesheet requirements, for example Timesheet Frequency (weekly, fortnightly, bi-monthly, monthly), if Timesheet Codes are to be applied to timesheets etc. Where the Candidate has been placed and the 'Submit To Timesheet' action has been run, the Last Timesheet End Date is displayed in this section.

Payroll - manage settings related to the Job Rate Frequency (hourly, daily, weekly etc), and Payee Tax Type required.

Estimated Rates - displays calculations based on the Agreement applied and Job Rate Frequency.

Wage Costs - manage settings relevant to the Wage Costs for the Job Order.

Billing Details - manage settings relevant to the Billing requirements for the Job Order including Purchase Order details, Billing Fee Exemptions and Tax Exemptions. Where a Debtor has been assigned from the Billing Module, details are displayed in this section. An Action is available to View Invoice Details where a Debtor has been assigned.
