Job Skills
When creating and managing a Job Order, for Temporary / Contract Jobs, users are able to add 'Skills' to further define the job's requirements.
Skills added to Job Orders can have conditions and some additional attributes applied including:
Last Used – this attribute has a date range, to allow the user to find Candidates where the skill has been used within the range.
Expiry Date Enforced – this can be flagged if the skill's Expiry Date must fall after the Job Order's End Date.
Mandatory – select where it is mandatory that the Candidate has the skill. The Job cannot be filled where the skill and its criteria are not met.
Level – there is a greater than or equal to criteria available with the level required.
Skills applied to a Job Order, will automatically populate as search criteria when running Search Available Candidate within the Job.
Skills can also be applied to Job Templates if required.
