Description

As the requirement is for the payee’s workplace postcode to be output within the FPS a field has been added within the HMRC details of the the Payee screen to allow users to input the information.

The field will only be visible when the NI category chosen applies to freeport or investment zones, and will be mandatory when selected. If this has not been completed, on save, an error message is displayed and the Payee record is not be updated.

The field can be edited at any point as long as the payee is not in an open pay batch.
