HMRC Message Portal Inbox - Additional Filters

Description

Additional filters for Brand, Region and Office have been added to the HMRC Message Portal inbox tab to allow users to search for incoming forms that have been matched to payees within FastTrack360.

Should the user not have permission to view particular brand, region or office, they will not see any payee matched forms in the screen.

When applying any of the additional filters, any unmatched payees will not be shown.

Benefits

Allows users to isolate incoming forms for matched payees to the filters applied. If no filters are applied, and the user has access to all data, then the user will see all forms.
