Changes have been schedule for the FastTrack360 Report Module for FT Standard Reports. The changes will be applied on 24/10/23.

These changes include:

Report Folders

In FT Standard Reports Payroll section, a number of reports display that are only relevant for particular countries. As such new sub-folders will display for AU, NZ and UK where reports specific to those countries will be stored.

Reports that are generic / have a filter for Country, will display when you select the parent Payroll Folder.

Reports Moved from other sections

The following reports will be moved from other folders to a more logical folder:

  • AWR Report (UK) will move from Compliance to Payroll > UK

  • Gender Pay Gap Report will move from Compliance to Payroll > UK

  • Individuals Right to Data Extract will move from Payroll to Compliance

Consolidated Reports

Some reports have been re-factored to filter by country. This change will provide a better user experience and reduce the number of reports required. The following reports are included in this change:

  • Contractor Payments, Contractor Payments (UK).  These reports will be consolidated to one report for Contractor Payments.

  • GST Paid, VAT Paid (UK), VAT Paid. These reports will be consolidated to one report for GST/VAT Paid. 

  • Detailed Pay Batch Report/ Detailed Grouped Pay Batch Report: This report currently includes ability to filter by Pay Companies in other countries, however it is an AU specific report.  The filter will be changed to only show AU Pay Companies. We will look at creating a separate report for New Zealand in the future

Deleted Reports

The following Reports have been deleted from FT Standard Reports:

  • EXPORT Payee Record Details (AU) – This report has been deleted as the existing Payee Record Detailed Export Report (AU) provides similar details.

New / Updated Reports

  • Data Group Changes - Reports should filter results by the logged in user’s data group. As such all FT Standard reports have been reviewed and updated to ensure that the data group filtering is applied on presentation of results.

  • Timesheet & Interpretation > Find Timesheet Report - This report has been updated to ensure that the Payee ID filter is working as expected.

  • Payroll > Statutory Reports Attachment of Earnings Orders Rate Tables - a column for Rate % has been added.

  • Recruitment > Timesheet Workflow User Details - a new report has been added to provide the agility to find the Initiator, Approver & Escalation User details from a Job Order’s Timesheet Workflow, for both New & Adjustment timesheets.

  • Payroll > NZ Contractor Tailored Tax Rate - a new report will be added to provide the ability for NZ Users to to identify NZ contractor payees who have a Withholding Rate and a Review Date.
