View a Report

Where you have been given permission to view one or more reports, these items are available within the Report Module.

The report query has a limit of 10 minutes running time, so if the report has an inefficient query you may experience a time out. Please contact your Report Developer or FastTrack Administrator to advise of query time outs.

FastTrack monitor your report queries to ensure that there are no items that impact on overall system performance. Please be aware that if we find a query that has significant impact on performance, you will be advised and the report will be disabled until you have addressed the issue. Should a user try to run a disabled report, the warning message shown below will display.

1	Select Reports from the left hand menu. The Reports screen is displayed.
2	In the Report Folder panel on the left, select the required folder to see the report item. Alternatively user the Search function to find the report required. A list of Reports is displayed in the right hand panel.
3	In the Action column, select the Action drop down menu item. The available actions are displayed.
4	Select View. The report item is displayed in a new browser window.
