Add yourself to a Report Schedule
To have a report automatically sent to you, where a Report Schedule has been created by an administrator, you can add yourself to the schedule as follows:
1 | Select Reports from the left hand menu. The Reports screen is displayed. | |
2 | In the Report Folder panel on the left, select the required folder to see the report item. Alternatively user the Search function to find the report required. A list of Reports is displayed in the right hand panel. | Â |
3 | In the Action column, select the Action drop down menu item. The available actions are displayed. |  |
4 | Select Schedule. The report's schedule is displayed. |  |
5 | Select Add Recipient. Your email address is applied to the 'Report Recipients' field. |  |
6 | Select Save. The Report Schedule is saved. |  |
