Pay Enquiry Search List Enhancement

Description

The Payroll > Pay Process > Pay Enquiry screen has been enhanced whereby the results list on the screen no features a column labelled Prior Periods Included, as highlighted in the example below.

The Prior Periods Included column displays Yes if the listed historic, closed pay batch includes payments or transactions for periods other than the period to which the pay batch corresponds. Alternatively, the column displays No if the listed pay batch only includes payments or transactions for the period to which the batch corresponds.

Benefits

This enhancement compliments the introduction of Multi-period Payroll (MPP) functionality in this release. It allows users to see at a glance if a closed pay batch included payments/transactions for multiple periods or just the period to which the pay batch itself corresponds.
