Unlocking of Allowance Description

Description

The existing Description field on the Rates and Rules > Maintenance > Pay Code > Edit Pay Code field for allowance pay codes is no longer locked down (display-only) once the allowance pay code has been used to make a payment so that the description can be edited at any time.

An example of the Description field is highlighted in the example below.

Benefits

This enhancement allows the description of an allowance pay code to be updated at any time in the event that the description has been keyed incorrectly or needs to be updated after the allowance has already been paid.
