New Allowance Types

Description
The following new options have been added to the Allowance Type field on the Rates and Rules > Maintenance > Pay Code > Edit Pay Code field for allowance pay codes that are assigned to the country of Australia:
Tools
Tasks
Qualifications/Certificates.
These new allowance types are highlighted in the example shown below.
Benefits
Under Single Touch Payroll (STP) Phase 2 reporting allowance payments for tools, tasks and qualifications/certificates must be itemised separately to other allowance types and therefore this enhancement allows you to configure allowance pay codes accordingly in preparation for STP Phase 2 reporting.
STP Phase 2 reporting capability will be added to FastTrack360 in a future release towards the end of 2022.

Configuration
This enhancement enables you to pre-configure allowance pay codes in preparation for STP Phase 2 reporting. However, to avoid STP reporting errors it is important that allowance pay codes with a type of Tools, Tasks and Qualifications/Certificates are not used until STP Phase 2 compatible reporting is available in FastTrack360, which will be available in a future release.
