Email Invoice CC/BCC Options

Description

Currently there is no ability to CC or BCC recipients into emails relating to invoice delivery. An enhancement has been completed in this release to include CC and BCC options on the following email screens:

• Billing > Manage Delivery > Email Debtor

• Billing > Manage Delivery > Email Adhoc

• Billing > Settings > Email Template (example shown below)

This enhancement increases the capacity to automatically communicate to additional recipients when emailing invoices.

Configuration

To change at the template level if a standard CC and or BCC is required, open the required Billing > Settings > Email Template and add in the recipients.
