Agreement Description in Interpreted Timesheet Details Screen

Description

An enhancement has been made to the Interpreter Results > Interpreter Review > Interpreted Timesheet Details screen in this release so that it is now possible to see a description of the pay and bill agreement against which a timesheet has been interpreted.

To facilitate this, a Description field has been added to the Pay Agreement and Bill Agreement tabs at the top of the Interpreted Timesheet Details screen, as highlighted in the example below.

Open

The Description field displays the text that has been keyed as a description on the corresponding agreement header in the Rates and Rules module. If the description is too long to display within the Pay Agreement or Bill Agreement tab, you can click to display the entire agreement description in a separate popup window.

Benefits

This enhancement will allow agency staff to refer to the description of an agreement to help them determine if the correct agreement has been applied to the timesheet, and if the interpretation results are as expected for the timesheet.
