Resume Parsing Solution Change V12.24

Description

When a new or updated Candidate Resume is added to the system, currently a parsing tool is used to extract data including personal and contact information, skills, work and education history. FastTrack360 then uses this parsed information to create/update relevant information in the Candidate Record.

Parsing applies to the following processes where Resumes are attached:

• Job Application

• Candidate Registration

• Outlook Extensions

We regularly review any third party tools and systems to ensure they meet high standards and are a good fit for FastTrack360. As part of the 12.24 release, as part of this review process, we will be moving from our existing parsing tool ‘Sovereign’ to a better suited product called ‘Daxtra’.

This new tool will be progressively rolled out and there will be no impact to administrators or users of FastTrack360.
